At the Safran Electrical & Power (SEP) level, you will integrate a team dedicated to continuous improvement activities.
You missions will be the following :
Participate in the preparation of the company strategy for continuous improvement within their perimeter.
Lead and support all SE&P Safran+ and Lean Sigma initiatives.
Support all necessary process improvement activities (Workshops, Kaizen events, BPR, Coaching).
Support all SE&P Division improvement initiatives.
Follow the SE&P White Belt, Green Belt, and Black Belt training and certifications within their perimeter.
Manage the interface between SE&P Safran+ communities within this perimeter.
In charge of the full deployment of improvement at the SE&P level by coaching, training, teaching, and assessing the teams involved in this company project & supporting the operational management teams in building and leading their respective improvement plans.
Assist in consolidating project and improvement plan progress within their perimeter.
Identify and deploy lean sigma tools, processes, and practices (Lean-Sigma, visual management, etc.).
Actively promote best practice sharing within SE&P.
Provide the necessary methodological support to the teams in charge of continuous improvement activities.
Promote an energizing collaborative innovation initiative that encourages employee involvement in their working environment.
Continue to support the functional direction in backing their respective improvement road maps with the aim to simplify and make transverse company processes more flexible in their daily deliveries.
Organize necessary benchmarking to improve the overall company performance.

Strong experience in the aerospace industry and functional team management.
Strong experience in aerospace industry processes, methods, tools, continuous improvement, and leadership.
Strong experience on SEP processes and more specifically on Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
Requires strong communication and organizational skills to perform effective workshops at all levels of the company.
Experience in animating international transverse teams, training, and coaching.
Experienced in complex transversal management of multi-disciplinary and international teams.
Hands-on approach to animate and participate actively in major improvement events.
Fluent in English (spoken, read, and written), with English as the common working language.
