Quality Manager ISE Services Germany (m/f/d)

- Application of the global Quality Directives of the Management
- Perform spot audits/report the results and launch corrective action plans
- Define all quality requirements for new projects & describe quality plans inside technical proposals
- Follow-up of Quality indicators under his responsibility
- Perform and participate to audits, prepare teams to successful pass audits
- Implementation and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions
- Support HSE Manager with specific knowledge
- Set up, perform and evaluate trainings regarding health, safety and environment
- Continuous improvement of skills: define training needs & set-up training plans
- Follow-up of the respect of formalities and requirement of PART, EN, ISO…
- Treatment and analyze of Non Conformities (internal & external).
- Follow up of non quality hours and perform continuous actions to reduce the amount
- Lead Quality-Program Organisation and quality responsibles of different projects
- Certification of skills and special process

- Engineer with technical background
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- 3-5 years of quality management experience
- Good knowledge of Quality Referential and Aeronautic Rules (ISO9001, EN/AS9100, PART21, PART145…).
- Expericence in lean management
- Knowledge of the Airbus qualification processes
- Very autonomous and proactive personality
- very good analytical and conceptional skills
- Experience in leading and motivating employees
- Good knowledge about handling MS Office tools
- Very good English language skills

Travels within Germany and Europe (mostly France)
