People are at the heart of Safran’s Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) management systems, which are based on continuous improvement.

Safran’s HSE policy draws on basic management principles, which focus on controlling risks, integrating health, safety and environment factors in management, measuring performance and sharing experience.
The Sustainable Development department coordinates a group of correspondents, who in turn oversee each company’s network of experts, HSE engineers, doctors, auditors, etc.. Present in each facility, they apply risk improvement actions and oversee personnel training and awareness improvement measures.
