Safran signs with 13 banks a Euro 1.6 billion credit facility with a 5-year maturity

Paris, December 9, 2010 Safran (NYSE Euronext Paris: SAF) signed on December 8, with a large group of 13 banks*, a revolving credit facility for an amount of Euro 1.6 billion, maturing in December 2015. The operation was significantly oversubscribed at close to Euro 2 billion, enabling Safran to increase the size of the facility to Euro 1.6 billion from Euro 1.0 billion at launch, which underlines banks' confidence in the credit quality of Safran.
